PerkFuel is a platform that helps businesses generate website traffic associated with AI referral sources, based on campaign settings you configure — including target pages, AI sources, countries and delivery pace. Delivered visits are tracked in your PerkFuel dashboard and, where configured, in your own analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

PerkFuel offers paid subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of visit credits and a maximum number of active projects, as described on our Pricing page.

Unused visit credits do not carry over between billing cycles — your allowance resets at the start of each new cycle. Additional visit credits can be purchased separately as a top-up.

New accounts may receive a limited number of free visit credits to test the Service, as described on our website. No credit card is required to start a free trial. We may modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the new visit allowance added to your account and billed on a prorated basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep your current plan and balance until then.

Except where required by applicable law, payments for PerkFuel subscriptions and visit credit top-ups are non-refundable, including unused visit credits and partially used billing cycles.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have the necessary rights to use the websites and pages you submit to PerkFuel, that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and with the terms of service of any third-party platform referenced in your campaigns, and that you do not use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent purpose, or in a way that could harm PerkFuel, other users or third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

PerkFuel delivers the visits included in your plan according to your campaign settings. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, leads, conversions, search rankings or engagement — these depend on factors including your offer, landing pages, pricing and overall website experience.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.

The PerkFuel name, logo, website and platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required to do so by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. We may retain or delete account and campaign data following cancellation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerkFuel's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to PerkFuel in the three (3) months preceding the claim. PerkFuel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related communications from PerkFuel. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; service and billing communications may continue as necessary to operate your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
