How to Monitor and Manage an Active PerkFuel Project

This guide explains how to monitor delivered visits, review campaign activity and update the settings of an active PerkFuel project.
Open your active projects
From the PerkFuel sidebar, click "Active projects."
This page displays all the projects you have launched.
For each project, you can quickly view:
- Its current status
- Selected countries
- Target pages
- Visits delivered today
- The time, country and AI source of the latest visit
You can use the search bar to find a project by name or URL. You can also filter projects by status and change their display order.
Open a project
Click "Details" to access the full project view.
Each project contains three main tabs:
- Overview
- Visits
- Settings
Review the project overview
The Overview tab provides a summary of your campaign.
You can view:
- Visits delivered today
- Visits currently in progress
- Total visits delivered
- Your current daily quota
- Delivery activity over the last 14 days
- Visits delivered from each selected country
This section gives you a quick view of your project's current delivery and recent activity.
Review individual visits
Open the "Visits" tab to view your delivered visits in more detail.
For each visit, you can review:
- Date and time
- Country
- Delivery status
- Landing page
- AI source
This allows you to see which platforms, countries and pages are associated with your recent campaign activity.
Update your project settings
Open the "Settings" tab to modify your project.
From this section, you can:
- Change the project name
- Add or remove landing pages
- Update your selected AI sources
- Add or remove target countries
- Adjust your daily delivery pace
PerkFuel also displays the estimated monthly delivery at your selected pace and indicates when your remaining visit credits may run out.
Once your changes are complete, click "Save changes."
Your updated settings will then be applied to the project.
Manage your project
You can also use the available project actions to:
- Pause a campaign
- Duplicate a project
- Delete a project
Duplicating a project can be useful when creating a similar campaign with different pages, countries or AI sources.

You can return to the Active Projects page at any time to monitor your campaigns, review delivered visits and update your settings.
