How to Manage, Upgrade or Cancel Your PerkFuel Subscription

Learn how to upgrade or downgrade your PerkFuel plan, purchase extra visit credits, manage billing and cancel your subscription.

This guide explains how to manage your PerkFuel subscription, change your plan, purchase additional visit credits and review your billing activity.

Compare your subscription options

Open the "Subscription" section from your PerkFuel dashboard.

Here, you can compare all available plans and see which one is currently active on your account.

Each plan includes its monthly visit allowance, project limits, page limits, delivery pace and support level.

If you need more visits or higher project limits, select a higher plan and click "Upgrade."

Upgrades are applied immediately.

You are charged the prorated difference between your current subscription and the new plan for the remainder of your existing billing period.

Once the upgrade is complete, your account moves to the new plan and the new limits become available immediately.

To move to a lower plan, click "Downgrade."

Downgrades are scheduled for your next renewal date.

Your current plan, visit balance and existing limits remain unchanged until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

At your next renewal, your subscription automatically switches to the selected lower plan and the new price takes effect.

If you need additional visits without changing your subscription, you can purchase extra credits directly from the Subscription page.

This lets you increase your available visit balance while keeping your current plan.

Click "Manage my subscription" to open the billing portal.

From there, you can review your subscription and cancel it if needed.

If you cancel your subscription, your current plan and remaining visit credits stay available until the end of your current paid billing period.

Your subscription will then stop renewing automatically.

Open the "Billing" section to view:

Each delivered visit uses one visit credit.

You can also click "Change plan" from the Billing page to return to the available subscription options.

You can return to the Subscription or Billing sections at any time to review your plan, purchase extra credits or make changes to your subscription.
